South Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-department held fire socialization at SDN Kebagusan 04 Pagi, Pasar Minggu.

Socialization was given to 200 students which accompanied by 18 teachers and 10 student guardians. In this chance, firefighters also teached them how to extinguish fire.
"After explaining to them about fire and how to handle it, we encourage them to practice extinguishing fire caused by gas cylinder leakage," stated Suharyanto, Head of Kebagusan Sector IX Unit Team in Pasar Minggu Sub-district of South Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-department, Wednesday (2/20).
Fire Socialization Given During Car Free Day on Jalan Pemuda RawamangunOne of the students in IV grade, Fikry Alviansyah Pratama (10) said that he was enthusiastic about this socialization.
"This is very fun yet tense. It feels tense when I try to extinguish fire directly. But this lesson is very useful," he expressed.
